EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We put our best effort into every product and wish to provide the finest products. Therefore, product quality is guaranteed to be inspected before items are dispatched. However, the product may be damaged during the delivery process. Should this happen, please return the damaged or wrong products by contacting our customer service. RETURN OF MERCHANDISE
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to us within the period of 14 days since your purchase. We will offer a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs. Please note that the duration for your return to be processed and refunded should be 7-10 business days after your return package arrives at our warehouse.
The colour of products may appear differently on different monitors due to variations in monitors and browsers. Therefore, the colour of the actual product and the product shown on the monitor might vary. We do our very best to make sure our product images are as close to the exact product as possible, but cannot guarantee the differences that may occur. Please be aware that colour differences do not count as defective or incorrect items, thus, it is not applicable to make any exchanges or returns.
ITEM CONDITION FOR RETURN
Returned products must include any original packaging, dust bags, warranty or authenticity cards, spare parts, and with all tags intact, including hanging tags.
